TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All colour services need to have a patch test, minimum of 48hrs prior to the appointment.​
- A consultation needs to be booked in before any colour service, with a £25.00 fee that will be deducted from the end bill.
- 20% - 30% booking fee will be needed to reserve an appointment (depending on the booking), the fee will be deduced from the bill on the day of the appointment.
- Cancellation Notice: Notice needs to be given (via phone call or email) 48hrs before the appointment either to cancel or reschedule appointment. Failure to do so will result in losing the booking fee and covering the cost of the appointment.
- All appointments need to be pre-booked, no walk-ins allowed.
- If you feel unwell leading up to/ before your appointment, please reschedule the appointment​​​​ for when you are better and fully recovered.
- Partners/friends, fur babies or children (unless they have an appointment) can't accompany you to your appointment, as the studio is small and there isn't much room.
- Client's need to wear face mask during their appointment. Face mask will be provided to each client, once in the studio.
